I initially left a negative review following an issue with a power bank I purchased. However, I’m very pleased to update my review based on how the company handled my complaint.
They responded promptly and professionally, acknowledged the issue, apologised for the inconvenience and arranged a full refund.
Problems can happen with any purchase, but for me, good customer service is about how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, they listened to my concerns, took responsibility and resolved the matter fairly and without any unnecessary hassle.

I've been in to the Tekstore about 8 times in the past 3 years and they consistently provide great advice and service. They have worked on fixing my company MacBook Pro, and my wife company laptop - both were fixed quickly and with the minimal of effort from us.
More recently my daughter had an issue with an iPad that was nearly 2 years old, they looked at it for nothing and advised they could contact Apple under consumer law to see if they would provide a replacement. They were successful in getting a replacement in less than 3 days. They didn't even charge us for completing the form on our behalf!!
Amazing service, great guys who work here and we have now set up a company account with them and will be using them for all our future requirements, business and home.

Having dropped my Mac book on the kitchen floor and shattered the screen, I assumed my mac was dead. I use it all day for working and there is no way I can be without it. I saw that there was a mac store in newquay which saved me a drive up country so went there with the intention of buying a new Mac book. I took the old one to see if they could transfer my data to what ever new mac I bought. Spoke to a chap called Mark and he managed to fit my Mac book with a brand new screen!!!!!! . I had it back in and back my hands working in less than 24 hours. I cant thank these guys enough, Saved me over a grand buying a new Mac book and countless hours of time. Thanks chaps. Top notch customer service too.
